Hi Joe, So far, i found it necessary to add the following entries into the files in the /etc/mail directory.
</etc/mail/access> 1. the raq's ip address 2. the domain names of all the virtual mail domain the raq is hosting. e.g. abc.com, xyz.com 3. then do a make access.db </etc/mail/local-host-names> 1. domain name entry e.g. abc.com 2. hostname.domainname e.g. abcsvr.abc.com 3. hostname / aliases e.g. abcsvr then do a kill -HUP <sendmail's pid>. also .. i think there's a software patch for the POP before SMTP option in the email server settings on the Raq4. Check that option. Then enforce popping of mailbox first before trying to send out a test mail. It worked for me!
