Exactly, therefore I suggest running the meta-verify script (pre-installed on RaQ 4) to correct the database. Once the database is correct you should be able to delete the user via the UI. You can find the script in /usr/local/sbin/meta-verify Do a meta-verify -ui to check all invalid users.
