Hello Ryan,
With my question I mean - have somebody any experience in
installing snort on RAQ. I installed snort-stable without serious problems on
standard PC with Mandrake.
When installing it on RAQ3, I got following problems:
1)with "./configure --enable-flexresp",
compiler complains, that it didn't find libnet, but
when installing libnet-1.0.2a, it say that newer version of
libnet already exists.
2)without any "--options" I got compiler error:
In file included from snort.h:311,
from snort.c:45:
plugbase.h:65: spp_asn1.h: No such file or directory
After reading FAQs I upgraded libpcap to libpcap-0.6.2-9, but got the
same result.
Maybe somebody can share his experience, because snort is very
interesting staff.
