Okay, quick run down.
I do:
make oldconfig
make menuconfig *** to change what I want to compile into the kernel
make dep
make modules
make modules_install
I go into /usr/src/linux/arch/i386/boot directory
but there is not zImage there :-(
I look in the /usr/src/linux directory, there is a vmlinux file.
So, I put it into my /boot directory
but, I do NOT know where to tell it what file to boot off of.
Any help?
