Dear All, I was wondering if someone can help us with these problems. We have been using RaQ4 for the past 3/4 months (running tomact on linux). We do not have any problems setting up users and creating new virtual hosts. We are fairly satisfied with its performance in this respect. However, every now and then the server "goes to sleep" (hangs). We constantly have to restart tomcat to kick it back to live again!! This problem has been going on for sometime. we have literally scanned through all the archives to find a suitable solution to this problem. No joy so far.
Secondly, the server doesn't reload new class files. It appears to cache class files and tomcat has to be restarted to pick up changes made to class files. This, together with the above-stated problem, means we are restarting tomcat 3-5 times daily!! Its got to a stage where we are seriously considering getting a new server altogether. Does anyone know the cause of these problems and more importantly, how to resolve them. We are very happy to try out any suggestions. Please help. Thanking you in advance. Regards.
