The older OSRCDs had a version of sfdisk that couldn't handle larger
drive sizes.  The newer OSRCD ISOs have an updated version.  Any sfdisk 
binary with a build date of 980518 or older will have the same problem. 
  We replaced it with sfdisk build 990908.

Correct - it's sfdisk.  :)
