Yeah, this is the number one support issue we have with our Raq 4's. Users ignore the BIG warnings we give them in their welcome emails and still publish tot eh directory they are thrown into which is their user dir. I would also love a way to make any administrator account for a domain default to the root of the doamin for publishing via FTP.
