Thanks for the info. But actually, the clients just asked if I could handle up to(in perfect world) 60,000. Is that out of range of one cobalt? What type of machine(s) and software would be best to handle that?
Thanks again Anthony -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Jrg Jan Mnter Sent: Tuesday, March 25, 2003 12:41 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [cobalt-developers] email accounts Hi Anthony, in general the system CAN do that, BUT i don't know whether the standard-sendmail will. We use qmail with the qmailadmin-Web-frontend and we have a RaQ4r with roughly 5000 POP accounts and some mailing lists, and a kaspersky virus scanner ... and all works fine & quick. So if you use the original sendmail it should do with 1100 POPs. On the other hand it depends on the size and number of emails your customers will send / receive. Hope this helps you a bit Yours Jan* Am Dienstag, 25. Mrz 2003 18:27 schrieben Sie: > I have just started using a raq4.
