Thanks, Peter. Unfortunately I'd changed server name in the gui a few times and the last time I'd left it at raq41.nobaloney.net, so I couldn't tell if one of these had been wrong. However, I just changed it back to raq41.example.com, and this time it appears to have taken in all the files.
