[cobalt-developers] Raq4: Can't create transcript file

I installed mailscanner and spamassassin yesterday in the hopes of cutting 
down on spam traffic. Unfortunately, nothing (no email) is getting through, 
in or out. The error that I see in some of the logs and bounced emails is

smtp;451 4.0.0 Can't create transcript file q2/xfh69G2Ql02185:
No such file or directory
From looking at the list, it appears that I don't have directory permissions 
correct. The problem is I'm not sure what directory it is and then what I'm 
supposed to chmod it to.  Any help would be appreciated.
