We have a couple NEW RaQ550's both came in and would not complete the inital setup. After entering the ip, netmask, gateway the units looked like they were completing their initialization.
The LCD alternately displays "ip address 192.168.1.207" (the ip address) and "Setting up Web Service" So we tried a restore, and both units get to the point of "Cleaning Up" Then display "***** HALT ***** found - crc" We tried swapping the memory out but get the same result. Any ideas?
