The drive size limitation is in ROM. Do "cmos -c romrev" to see what level you're at. Newer ones available at http://www.cobaltfaqs.com/ or ftp://ftp-eng.cobalt.com/pub/users/thockin/ 120GB under a "new" ROM (say 2.3.38) shouldn't be an issue. Running a 7200 RPM drive will definitely push the power supply though, and is not recommended. Many people do it without noticing a problem though. One drive (RaQ 4/4i) probably is safe.
