as far as I know you cannot delete the 'home' account on a RAQ3... The error message suggests that you are trying to log into the site with the wrong user details. The user has access to the server for other sites, but not for the home site.
Do you have an 'admin' log in? This is usually the one that will give you access to the 'home' site. Have you tried to log into the server through its web control panel? usually found with this kinda of URL: www.domain.com/admin and then logging in with your admin username and password. My response is not definitive, just from my experience, so there may be others who have different mileage Cheers Keiran -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of 678 Sent: 19 January 2004 19:24 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [cobalt-developers] raq3 domain problem I'm having some problems with one domain on my raq3. When attempting to connect to the server I receive the message "You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server." The domain looks similar to the other domains with the exception that it maps to home rather than site1, site2 etc. I set this all up quite a long time ago and have had to spend no time at all managing this system. ( that might be one reason I'm having problems now) . It's been out of sight out of mind. I'd prefer to clear out this domain and start it from scratch. If this is possible? I'm not worried about restoring any data, users names etc. in this domain! What are the steps to do this, I'd like to do this without effecting the other domains. _______________________________________________ cobalt-developers mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-developers _______________________________________________ cobalt-developers mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-developers
