Do it thru the interface and click YES when it asks if you wanna override the existing version,
Or for you command line junkies I am sure you can uninistall the existing version of openssh 3.4p1 from /vab/lib/cobalt/uninstallers Or there might even be an override switch you can pass cobalt_upgrade...
