[cobalt-security] Anyone know what cause this while sending emails : Error: socket failed (Too many open files in system)

I keep on getting these when i am sending emails
to a mailing list.

Error: socket failed (Too many open files in system)

Error: localhost not found connect to localhost failed (Too many open files
in system) no (more) retries!


Please help!
