[cobalt-security] SSL renewal: Will generating a new CSR screw up current operations?

   My SSL cert is about to expire, and I'd like to transition to a new 
one with the least interruption of service.

  If I generate a SSL CSR via the Raq admin interface, does it disturb 
the operation of my existing SSL certificate? Can I expect the system to 
continue working with the current SSL cert until I install the new SSL 
files and restart the web server or reboot?
