If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated…

The server is down it’s a raq4 and when I try and start or restart the web server I get the errors below.

 

[root admin]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart

Shutting down Web Service:

/usr/sbin/httpd

 

[root admin]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop
