Do you mean add SPF records to DNS or acually check SPF records when receiving mail? If you want to check SPF records you will have to have a version of sendmail which has been compiled with the milter option. You can check this by running the command: sendmail -d0.1 -bv root and looking for the word MILTER in the output. Then visit www.milter.org and look for a SPF milter.
