I grabbed the src rpms and rebuilt them. They are available here: http://people.fedoraproject.org/~mdehaan/files/cobbler/ Otherwise there was a patch discussed in a different thread. Search for the subject: Re: cobbler sync dies trying to write /etc/dhcpd.conf Someone had a intermittent patch. HTH.
