I did this from my fedora 10 box:

# repoquery --location koan
http://ftp.tlk-l.net/pub/mirrors/fedora/updates/10/i386//koan-1.6.6-1.fc10.noarch.rpm

# rpm -ivh 
http://ftp.tlk-l.net/pub/mirrors/fedora/updates/10/i386//koan-1.6.6-1.fc10.noarch.rpm

That should do it.
