When I start the cobblerd daemon, I see the following messages displayed on the
console:
# service cobblerd start

[root@local ~]# cobbler check
cobblerd does not appear to be running/accessible

This system is running RHEL 6.3, This issue was also happening under the 6.2,
before I upgraded it to 6.3
I took a look at the modules.conf file and did not see any issues.

Any ideas as to resolve this?
