Hi all,

I walked around Rock Canyon, below Pueblo Reservoir dam late this afternoon and
early this evening fro, 430-630pm.  The highlight was a molting male SUMMER
TANAGER.  It was south east of the large fishing pond in Rock Canyon, between
the pond and the river.  Other highlights were a singing Yellow-breasted Chat
and a singing Cassin's Kingbird.  Both species breed at this location in small
numbers.  There were lots of Yellow-rumped Warblers everywhere in Rock Canyon,
that I went, some of singing.  The only other warbler I could pick out was an
Orange-crowned Warbler.

Good birding,

Brandon Percival
