This morning, I went to Welchester Tree Park hoping that the overnight rain 
would result in some great birding.  Well...I was disappointed, only finding a 
few Yellow-rumps and Orange-crowned Warblers.  The high number of Broad-winged 
hawk sightings continues as I had one fly right over my head and into a 
cottonwood.  After watching for awhile, he took off circling the park and was 
joined by another Broad-winged from the north.  They caught a thermo and 
circled high before heading north.
I then took off to Belmar to find 150+ Yellow-rumped Warblers and 100+ Chipping 
Sparrows.  In these large flocks, I was able to find Clay-colored Sparrow, 
Brewer's Sparrow, Lazuli Bunting, and Orange-crowned Warbler, but not much else.
