I observed the Golden-crowned Sparrow this morning about 8:15 A.M. at  
the feeders at the Red Rocks Trading Post. It was in the garden area  
to the west of the patio.   Someone had filled the feeder on the lawn  
- enough to last several days.   Also observed a Northern Shrike on a   
hike down the canyon below the Trading Post.  It was below the road in  
the canyon on the trail that leads in the direction of the Red Rocks  
elementary school.
