I counted about 140 Rosy Finches (Gray-, Brown-, Black and Hepburn's) at my feeders this morning. My last high count was about 70 birds. None are banded. Most seem to prefer the Black Oil Sunflower Seeds over the Nyjer Thistle. thanks, Jenny, for suggesting the Sunflower Seed as it is much less expensive!
