April 2, 2010 2 Bonaparte's Gulls along with 60 Ring-billed Gulls, plus 24 Gadwalls at Home Lake on east side of Monte Vista. Open water is mostly in a ring around the edge of the lake. Early this AM there were about 200 Sandhill Cranes in fields along US 160 east of Monte Vista, but were gone in late AM. Virginia Simmons
