The Golden-crowned Sparrow that Rich Miller found on October 20, 2009 and has
been present ever since, has now molted into breeding plumage.  I was able to
see it just west of the gate with the no parking sign, at Tunnel Drive in Canon
City this morning around 725am.  It landed on the chain link fence.  I heard
the White-crowned Sparrows singing, and this bird appeared.
