COBirders, Around 4 PM Saturday, May 8, Kiki Widjaja and I observed one of a pair of Lewis's Woodpeckers believed to be nesting about half way between Sedalia and Louviers on the west side of US Hwy 85. What a gorgeous bird and a lifer for me. Marilyn Rhodes Evergreen, CO
