It's not a Connecticut Warbler, but it was nice to get nifty photos of a male
Rose-breasted Grosbeak at my feeders today. I accidentally flushed it when I
went out to refill the feeders, and I fear it's been blown to Kansas by now.
I'm impressed with how well the Broad-tailed Hummingbirds can handle these
horrible high winds. I shouldn't complain. I figure a tropicbird will probably
blow in any minute now.
