Hey Ted and all, do Chihuahuan Ravens enter towns around the grasslands they inhabit during the winter. In NW Longmont I have heard what I thought Chi Ravens flying overhead in the past. Yesterday at the fairgrounds in Longmont, I saw a raven fluff its neck feathers showing white, but it was large billed and I would of called it a Common. I could make a U-turn fast enough and it disappeared. There are quite a few Common Ravens around the fairgrounds area.
My question is, since that big invasion year of Chi Ravens, could some of them stayed close to Longmont?
