On Monday Lake Loveland had a tightly knit group of 18 Cackling Geese on the ground area around the Lake. The Lake was frozen over but many Canada Geese and Ring-Billed Gulls were hanging out on the grassy area. Some Mallards were resting in the shade of a tree - guess the sun was too hot for them? Boyd Lake was frozen completely - only ice fishermen there, plus one Robin Warner and Ruth Reeser- Loveland
