Using Mark Chavez's directions, I stopped by Parkside Center Pond around
12:30. It wasn't full of birds, but I did find these species:

13 Canada geese
2 mallard pairs
3 common goldeneye pairs
2 canvasback pairs
1 redhead pair
23 ring-necked ducks, one of which was displaying
300 ring-billed gulls, mostly asleep on the melting ice
