It is a bit too early for exciting spp in lower White Ranch Open Space. I saw only Ruby-crowned Kinglets, 1 American Goldfinch, White-crowned Sparrows, Spotted Towhee, House Finches, robins, flickers.
There were not any Lesser Goldfinches yet, nor buntings or grosbeaks. Depending on the weather, another week or two should yield the usual great birds there. Kay Kayleen A.
