I saw another one of those suddenly very common Red-headed Woodpeckers at South
Platte Park in Arapahoe County this afternoon. The male bird was seen on the
east side of the Cottonwoods reached by the Eastern Trail on the east side of
the Platte River to the south of Mineral. Nothing else unusual was seen, just a
lot of the usual breeding birds.
