Lisa Edwards, Kara Carragher and I were in fine spirits after seeing the Least Bittern fly over the wetlands at Holcim twice early this morning. Thanks to Rich Miller who found it and to the others who followed up on this bird. We also saw an immature Peregrine Falcon flying, then landing on a tall snag on the north side of the marsh.
