Saw some previous discussion on this. It is my understanding that birders using SWA DO NOT need to have a Habitat Stamp in their possession. This requirement that everyone must have one was lifted a year or so ago. (For me it matters not as I am a sportman and have to get one with my licenses anyway). I just got off the phone with the Monte Vista CDOW Office and she confirmed this. Hope this clarifies the issue....
