This afternoon about 2 p.m. I had two Sandhill Cranes flying low near Timber Creek Campground, Rocky Mountain National Park. That's in the Kawuneeche Valley of the Colorado River about 8 miles north of Grand Lake. Someone who has the Atlas block might want to watch for breeding there. David Waltman Boulder
