Diane, This morning Gail and I viewed the Little Blue Heron first sighted by Diane Carter on June 28th and again seen by her yesterday. The location is the first pond north of 88th Avenue by the Platte River Trail. The Little Blue was standing on the far shore to the right of the beaver lodge and behind two tiny gravel islands. This is the same location where Diane saw the bird yesterday. A Great Blue was conveniently nearby. Wonderful light for color.
