I was able to see the Hermit Warbler Tuesday morning with several fortunate 
birders.  I'm guessing this bird is a first fall male due to the streaking on 
the sides and the speckling of black on the throat and crown.  I have limited 
experience with these birds and welcome the opinions of others.  Thank you 
Steve for finding this great bird!  I have uploaded six photos to the rare and 
uncommon gallery below:
