This evening as the snow started to dissipate along the foothills, I went to Red Rocks to provide some supper for our feathered friends. To my surprise a Slate-colored Fox Sparrow appeared underneath the platform feeder between 6:30 and 6:45 P.M. FOS at Red Rocks as far as I know. Hopefully the bird will stick around. I will have seed out in the early AM.
