It was a chilly, calm day after the storm today in Huerfano County. With 12-15 inches of fresh snow on the ground decided it would be a great day to bird. Went to Wahatoya/Daigre Lakes, Lathrop State Park then ended up at La Veta Town Lakes. There were a few shorebirds, several large mixed flocks of sparrows it was quite a lively day.
