A single, lone White-faced Ibis has been hanging around a small wet area
north of the Meadow Mountain subdivision, on the north side of Dry Creek
(between Dry Creek and Nelson). It's a low area, so it's difficult to see
from 75th, but you can access it easily by parking in front of Blue
Mountain Elementary on Mountain Drive. There's a parking barrier where the
road ends now. The tract north of the barrier is slated for development
soon. Follow the dirt road north for several hundred yards and it stops at
Dry Creek. The wet area is directly across.

Most springs, I see 30 Ibis in there, but so far, this is the first one.

There's a lovely little flock of Vesper Sparrows along that walk and they
have been singing their little birdie hearts out. (Nathan, do you need
Vesper Sparrow song?)
