Full report on a lovely morning at Barr Lake to follow, but thought I'd note
2 rareties we caught today - a Great-crested Flycatcher and Golden-winged
Warbler. Both were released from the banding station. The GCFL was caught
in the nets directly west from the station (walk down the platform steps and
straight out). The GWWA was in the first net you come to as you walk from
the Nature Center to the station - parallel to the road.
