A first year Glaucous-winged Gull was present this afternoon near the South
Shore Marina at Pueblo Reservoir.  It was seen by five birders.  The bird
didn't have any darker feathers in the wing tips or anywhere else.  The bird
was big, and had the same light brown color overall, with very large black
bill.

We also saw an adult Great Black-backed Gull and juvenile Thayer's Gull in the
same area.  Two Horned Grebes continue on Pueblo Reservoir, the reservoir is
opening back up quite fast, with all the wind and warm weather.

My other highlight of the day, was finally seeing the AMERICAN DIPPER in
Pueblo.  A dipper has now been seen three time this winter, along the Arkansas
River, below Pueblo Reservoir dam.  I think the last sighting was in early
January.  Today, I saw it below and not far east of the footbridge, that goes
from Snakeskin Picnic Area, over to the Rock Canyon Swim Beach pond.
