Five ruddy ducks were seen on Tuesday, 7/8, on Cooley Lake in South Platte Park. This is a protected (restricted) area. There were two male and three probable female, versus juvenile, ducks in the flock. thanks, Deb Carstensen, Arapahoe County, Colorado
