This morning a *Pectoral Sandpiper* and 4 *Sanderlings* were flying
repeatedly past the Chatfield Swim Beach without ever landing.
I saw individual *Sabine's Gulls* here and there, I think adding up to at
least 2 and maybe 3 birds (all juv.). Also 1 *Common Tern* and 4 *Forster's
Terns*, and 1 *Black-crowned Night-Heron*. Land birding was mostly rather
slow, except some nice flocks of *Mountain Bluebird* and *Western Bluebirds*
were at the campground.

A female *Townsend's Warbler* visited my yard in the rain at the end of the
day.
