"Lance Verhoeff is a friend of mine and invited me to come see the bird on 
May 5th The county road was very muddy that day and Lance and his wife were 
kind enough the show me where the bird was and take me in their vehicles to 
to see it. Please do not go onto their property to go to see the bird."
