Hi COBirders,

Finally a break in the weather, and passable roads. Banding was slow and steady
this morning. the highlight was a M Virginia's Warbler, but also banded seven
Yellow Warblers, so there must have been some kind of push.

Fun to discover were two Yellow Warblers, banded in the same spot as today,
5/6/14, and a F YB Chat also banded last May. Only saw a few YR Warblers high
in the trees, and not many obvious migrants visible, except for a Few Lincoln's
Sparrows and House Wrens.

At home in Mountain Shadows I am checking my backyard migrant trap, like Dave
C's.
Wilson's, Yellow, and yard first TENNESSEE Warblers, GT Towhee, Bullock's
Oriole, Lincoln's Sparrow.

Happy Migration,
Steve Brown
