Correction to streamflow numbers:
The streamflow of the South Platte River below Chatfield Reservoir was 1090 
cfs this morning.  It has been running at bewteen 1020 and 1090 cfs since 
the Corps cut the flow down from 2210 to 1600 to 1020 cfs on June 11th.
