You're right! That warbler is very late. Thanks for reporting it to CObirds.

The e bird database shows NO October records for Colorado, a few south of
Santa Fe, New Mexico, and one from Utah, near the CO state line.

Bob and Bob* show a few records for the first week of October, one for late
October and one for mid November in CO.

How do you spell, "Warm Autumn?"
